The concept of Chukka Cove came from its founder Danny Melville, who was an avid polo enthusiast, and wanted to share his love for horses with the people around him and this led eventually to him opening an equestrian for local and that soon extended to tourists. This was the start of his first attraction horseback ride and swim, which was the very first adventure tour of that kind at that time.
They have now expanded to other locations both in Jamaica and across the Caribbean. So, if you are ever in the Ocho Rios area or in Montego Bay or Negril be rest assured there is a location within 30 mins drive.
